झांसी,शहर कांग्रेस कमेटी के शहर अध्यक्ष मनोज गुप्ता के सतत प्रयासों का ये नतीजा है कि कांग्रेस विचार धारा के लोग हर रोज़ कांग्रेस पार्टी की सदस्यता ग्रहण कर रहे हैं और कांग्रेस में अपनी आस्था प्रकट कर रहे हैं। सुबह ये कांग्रेस से जुड़ने का जो सिलसिला शुरू हुआ तो शाम तक चलता रहा। एडवोकेट विशाल भल्ला, शैलेन्द्र वर्मा ठेकेदार, घनश्याम दास वर्मा, वार्ड सं0 30 से संगीता श्रीवास, भारी संख्या में वार्ड सं0 7 से रविता, इन्दू, पूजा, राहुल, पवन, भूपेन्द्र गीता शैलेन्द्र के अलावा सैकड़ों लोगों ने कांग्रेस पार्टी में आस्था व्यक्त की और सदस्यता ग्रहण की।
मनोज गुप्ता ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि कांग्रेस की विचार धारा से लोग जुड़ रहे हैं और भ्रष्टाचारी व्यवस्था को उखाड़ फैंकने के लिए कृत संकलपित हो रहे हैं। पार्षद अरविन्द बब्लू ने कहा कि कांग्रेस की गांधीवादी विचारधारा ही देश को प्रगति पथ पर ले जा सकती है ये जनमानस मानने और समझने लगा है।
