जहां एक तरफ दलित सेना जिसके राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष केंद्रीय मंत्री पशुपति पारस है जिनके द्वारा सुभाष बिहारी को पहले दिल्ली प्रदेश अध्यक्ष फिर राष्ट्रीय संगठन सचिव बनाया गया था आज सुभाष बिहारी ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया वही पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए सुभाष बिहारी ने कहा कि मुझे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष पशुपति पारस से कोई शिकायत नही है मुझे शिकायत है तो वहां के राष्ट्रीय लेवल के पदाधिकारियों से जो मेरे किसी भी काम मे टांग अड़ाकर मुझे पिरताडित करने का काम कर रहे जिनकी वजह से मैने आज इस्तीफा दिया है उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि में पशुपति पारस के लिए आगे भी काम करता रहूंगा लेकिन पद पर रहकर नही कर सकता उन्हीने दलित सेना के कई राष्ट्रीय लेवल के पदाधिकारियों पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि जब तक दलित सेना की डोर इन लोगो के पास है दलित सेना का कभी फला नही हो सकता और न ही दलित सेना द्वारा किसी का फला हो सकता आप खुद इन तस्वीरों में देख सकते है कि किस तरह दलित सेना के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष केंद्रीय मंत्री पशुपति पारस सुभाष बिहारी को पद देते हुए और केक खिलाते हुए दिख रहे है
