बुधवार 21 जून 2023 को ब्रह्मा कुमारीज सेक्टर 46 फरीदाबाद में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर राजयोगिनी बीके मधु दीदी ने भारत के प्राचीन राजयोग के बारे में बताया की योग सिर्फ कुछ घंटों का अभ्यास नहीं, योग जीवन जीने का तरीका है ।रोज सुबह सुबह 15 या 20मिनट परमात्मा को याद करें फोन या न्यूज़पेपर को नहीं। दिन की शुरुआत अच्छे विचारों से करें। सात्विक खाना खाएं। धन कमाए लेकिन दुआओं के साथ कमाए ।

योगी लाइफ स्टाइल अपनाए खुशी, सेहत और सद्भावना के लिए। माउंट आबू से आए हुए राजयोगी बीके श्याम सुंदर भाई जी ने योग का अभ्यास करा कर सबको शांति की अनुभूति कराई ।इस अवसर पर योगा एक्सपर्ट्स ने शारीरिक योग क्रियाएं कराईं व फिजिकल योगा का महत्व बताया जिससे शरीर स्वस्थ रहें ।मुख्य गेस्ट अश्वनी कुमार गुलाटी जी (बीजेपी पार्टी से चुनाव आयोग संपर्क विभाग फरीदाबाद ,समाजसेवी )व एडवोकेट रिटायर्ड एसएचओ आशारानी भी उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने भी अपनी शुभकामनाएं दी।बीके रमेश भाई ने राजयोग की महिमा का सुंदर गीत प्रस्तुत किया। इसके पश्चात सबको प्रसाद फ़ल वितरण किया गया।
