दिनांक 20/12/2023 को वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक, गया को इलेक्ट्रोनिक मीडिया के माध्यम् से एक वायरल वीडियो प्राप्त हुआ जिसमें एक लड़का के द्वारा अवैध आर्म्स लहराया जा रहा था।
वरीय पुलिस अधीक्षक, गया के द्वारा इस मामलें को काफी गम्भीरता से लिया गया तथा वायरल हो रहे वीडियो के जाँच / सत्यापन तथा आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने हेतु थानाध्यक्ष, बेलागंज थाना को निर्देशित किया गया।

थानाध्यक्ष, बेलागंज थाना के द्वारा त्वरित कारवाई करते हुए आसूचना संकलन कर उक्त वायरल हो रहे वीडियो का सत्यापन किया गया । सत्यापन के क्रम में पता चला कि वायरल हो रहे वीडियो में जो लड़का आर्म्स के साथ दिखाई दे रहा है, वो एक विधि विरुद्ध बालक है जो बेलागंज थाना अन्तर्गत ग्राम-दरियापुर का रहने वाला है।

तत्पश्चात् थानाध्यक्ष, बेलागंज थाना के द्वारा ग्राम-दरियापुर में सशस्त्र बल के साथ छापामारी कर एक विधि विरूद्ध बालक को निरूद्ध किया गया है।

अवैध आर्म्स की बरामदगी के लिए लगातार छापामारी की जा रही है।
