झांसी ! 3 नवंबर दिन गुरुवार को सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी एवं पेंशनर्स एसोसिएशन उत्तर प्रदेश शाखा झांसी के तत्वावधान में एक आवश्यक बैठक जिला कोषागार झांसी स्थित पेंशनर्स कक्ष में प्रांतीय संगठन की निर्देशानुसार बैठक आहूत की गई. बैठक की अध्यक्षता अध्यक्ष शिवराम गुप्ता ने की. इस मौके पर एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियों ने विचार व्यक्त कर ऑल इंडिया स्टेट गवर्नमेंट पेंशनर्स फौंडेशन द्वारा पेंशनर्स कि 9 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर 3 नवंबर को मांग दिवस की रूप में मनाने की अपील की. इसी क्रम में सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी एवं पेंशनर्स एसोसिएशन उत्तर प्रदेश लखनऊ ने भी निर्देश दिए हैं कि प्रदेश के सभी जनपदों में बैठक कर उक्त 9 सूत्रीय मांगों का ज्ञापन प्रधानमंत्री भारत सरकार एवं मुख्यमंत्री उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को संबोधित जिलाधिकारी के माध्यम से ज्ञापन भेजा जाए ज्ञापन की प्रमुख मांगे हैं

कि उनके सिद्ध निस्तारण की मांग की है 9 सूत्रीय मांगों में एनपीएस सिस्टम को करते हुए पुरानी पेंशन व्यवस्था लागू की जाए आधी अधूरी कैशलेस व्यवस्था कार्ड बनाने की प्रक्रिया शुगम की जाए करोना कॉल मैं जनवरी 2020 से जून 2021 तक 18 मई के बीच डीए का भुगतान तत्काल कराया जाए. डी ए डी आर की गणना भारत के राजपत्र 24 अगस्त 2008 के अनुसार की जाए महंगाई भत्ते की गणना पूर्णांक पर की जाती है और दशमलव 99 की वृद्धि को छोड़ दिया जाता है इसे गणितीय पद्धति से पूर्णा अंकित किया जाए राशि करत भाग की कटौती 15 वर्षों तक की जाती है

 

जबकि 7 वर्ष 5 माह में पूर्ण वसूली हो जाती है अतः कटौती 10 वर्ष तक ही की जाए पेंशनरों की आयु रमसा 65,70 और 75 बस होने पर टेंशन 10 परसेंट व 20 परसेंट की वृद्धि की जाए रेलवे में वरिष्ठ नागरिक को पूर्व में दी जा रही किराया में छूट बहाल की जाए पेंशनर से आयकर की कटौती कोई भी नहीं की जाए. बैठक को राम अवतार द्विवेदी, केडी सविता, लालाराम विश्वकर्मा, हरीकृष्ण सक्सेना, बीके मिश्रा, श्रीराम शर्मा, डीडी कुशवाहा, लखनलाल सक्सेना, विनोद दीक्षित, अशोक दुबे, राम बक्स भास्कर, लखन लाल यादव, वीर सिंह राजपूत आदि ने जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय के समक्ष ज्ञापन संबोधित करते हुए भेंट किया. संचालन दिनेश नारायण श्रीवास्तव ने किया. आभार व्यक्त वरिष्ठ नेता लालाराम विश्वकर्मा ने किया है l
